Sec. 203.305. REQUIRED ATTENDANCE AT SPECIFIC MIDWIFERY EDUCATION COURSES

The midwifery board may assess the continuing education needs of licensed midwives and may require licensed midwives to attend continuing midwifery education courses specified by the midwifery board.
