Sec. 203.455. HEARING

  • (a) If the person timely requests a hearing, the midwifery board or its designee shall set a hearing and give written notice of the hearing to the person. The midwifery board or its designee may employ a hearings examiner for this purpose.

    (b) The hearings examiner shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law and promptly issue to the midwifery board a proposal for decision as to the occurrence of the violation and the amount of the proposed administrative penalty.
