Sec. 203.503. VENUE

Latest version.

(a) Venue for a civil action brought under Section 203.451 or 203.452 is in the county in which the defendant resides or in the county in which the violation occurred.
(b) Venue for the civil action may be changed only after a good faith effort has been made to address the violation in the county in which venue is proper.
