Sec. 205.054. TERMS; VACANCIES

(a) Members of the acupuncture board serve staggered six-year terms. The terms of three members expire on January 31 of each odd-numbered year.
(b) A vacancy on the acupuncture board shall be filled by appointment of the governor.
