Sec. 206.311. REQUIRED SUSPENSION OF INCARCERATED SURGICAL ASSISTANT

Regardless of the offense, the medical board shall suspend the license of a surgical assistant serving a prison term in a state or federal penitentiary during the term of the incarceration.
