Sec. 301.103. PUBLIC RECORDS; REGISTRY

  • (a) The executive director shall keep:

    (1) a record of each meeting of the board; and

    (2) a registry of the name of each nurse registered under this chapter.

    (b) Information maintained under this section is open to public inspection at all times.
