Sec. 353.004. PUBLIC INFORMATION ON PRESCRIPTION RELEASE

(a) The board and the Texas Optometry Board shall prepare and provide to the public and appropriate state agencies information regarding the release and verification of contact lens prescriptions.
(b) The board may adopt rules necessary to implement this section.
