Sec. 401.457. REINSTATEMENT

Latest version.

(a) A person may apply for reinstatement of a revoked license on or after the first anniversary of the date of revocation.
(b) The board may:
(1) accept or reject the application; and
(2) require an examination as a condition for reinstatement of the license.
