Sec. 402.106. FEES AND EXPENSES

(a) The committee by rule shall adopt fees in amounts reasonable and necessary so that the fees, in the aggregate, produce sufficient revenue to cover the costs of administering this chapter.
(b) The committee may adopt:
(1) a license fee;
(2) a license renewal fee;
(3) an examination fee;
(4) a temporary training permit fee;
(5) an apprentice permit fee;
(6) a duplicate document fee; and
(7) other fees as necessary to administer this chapter.
