Sec. 402.151. PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION

(a) The committee shall prepare information of consumer interest describing the regulatory functions of the committee and the committee's procedures by which consumer complaints are filed with and resolved by the committee.
(b) The committee shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.
