Sec. 402.153. RECORDS OF COMPLAINTS

  • (a) The committee shall keep an information file about each complaint filed with the committee relating to a license or permit holder.

    (b) If a written complaint is filed with the committee relating to a license or permit holder, the committee, at least quarterly and until final disposition of the complaint, shall notify the parties to the complaint of the status of the complaint unless the notice would jeopardize an undercover investigation.
