Sec. 451.055. OFFICERS

(a) The governor shall designate a member of the board as the board's presiding officer to serve in that capacity at the will of the governor. The board shall elect an assistant presiding officer and secretary-treasurer from its members. The assistant presiding officer and secretary-treasurer serve a one-year term.
