Sec. 451.157. TEMPORARY LICENSE

Latest version.

(a) The board may issue a temporary license to an applicant if the applicant satisfies:
(1) the requirements of Section 451.153 or 451.154; and
(2) any other requirement established by the board.
(b) The board by rule shall prescribe the time during which a temporary license is valid.
