Sec. 451.252. ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING

A person whose application for a license or license renewal is denied is entitled to a hearing before the board in accordance with Chapter 2001, Government Code, if the person submits to the board a written request for a hearing not later than the 30th day after the day the license or license renewal is denied.
