Sec. 455.252. HEARING ON DENIAL OR DISCIPLINARY ACTION

(a) A person whose application for a license is denied, whose license is suspended or revoked, or who has been reprimanded is entitled to a hearing before the department if the person submits a written request to the department.
(b) A hearing under this subchapter is a contested case under Chapter 2001, Government Code.
