Sec. 501.264. INACTIVE STATUS

(a) A psychologist may place the psychologist's license on inactive status by applying to the board and paying a fee established by the board.
(b) A psychologist whose license is on inactive status does not accrue a penalty for late payment of the renewal fee for the license.
