Sec. 502.155. POWERS AND DUTIES REGARDING EXAMINATION

The board shall:
(1) determine the times and places for licensing examinations;
(2) offer examinations at least semiannually; and
(3) give reasonable public notice of the examinations in the manner provided by board rules.
