Sec. 502.453. CIVIL PENALTY

(a) A person who violates this chapter or a rule or order adopted by the board under this chapter is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 a day.
(b) At the request of the board or department, the attorney general shall bring an action to recover a civil penalty authorized under this section.
