Sec. 505.304. ORDER OF RECOGNITION OF SPECIALTY

(a) The board shall prescribe the name, design, and content of an order of recognition of specialty.
(b) An order of recognition of specialty must:
(1) state the full name of the person recognized in the order;
(2) state the official specialty serial number;
(3) include the presiding officer's signature; and
(4) include the board's official seal.
