Sec. 505.352. LICENSE APPLICATION

Latest version.

A person may apply for a license under this chapter by submitting an application to the board. The application must:
(1) be on a form prescribed by the board; and
(2) contain statements made under oath regarding the applicant's education and experience and any other information required by the board that qualifies the applicant for a license.
