Sec. 559.007. PRACTICING PHARMACY WITHOUT RENEWAL CERTIFICATE

A person who practices pharmacy without a current license renewal certificate as required by this chapter is practicing pharmacy without a license and is subject to all penalties for practicing pharmacy without a license.
