Sec. 565.054. SERVICE OF PROCESS ON CLASS E PHARMACY

(a) Service of process on a Class E pharmacy under Section 565.058 or 566.051 or for disciplinary action taken by the board under Section 565.061 shall be on the owner and pharmacist-in-charge of the pharmacy, as designated on the pharmacy's license application.
(b) The complaining party shall mail by certified mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid, a copy of the process served to the license holder at the address of the license holder designated on the license application.
