Sec. 601.054. APPROVAL AND REVIEW OF CURRICULA AND TRAINING PROGRAMS

(a) An applicant for approval of a curriculum or training program must apply to the department on a form and under rules adopted by the board.
(b) The department shall approve a curriculum or training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 601.053. The department may review the approval annually.
(c) The board may set a fee for approval of a curriculum or training program not to exceed the estimated amount that the department projects to be required for the evaluation of the curriculum or training program.
