Sec. 601.055. APPROVAL AND REVIEW OF INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL

(a) An applicant for approval of an instructor must apply to the department on a form and under rules adopted by the board.
(b) The department shall approve an instructor who meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 601.053. The department may review the approval annually.
