Sec. 602.058. BOARD OFFICERS; MEETINGS

(a) The governor shall designate a member of the board as the presiding officer of the board to serve in that capacity at the will of the governor. At the first regularly scheduled meeting of each calendar year, the board shall elect from its members an assistant presiding officer.
(b) The board shall hold a meeting at least once a year and at other times in accordance with board rule.
