Sec. 603.205. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

(a) The State Health Services Council shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the State Health Services Council and to speak on any issue related to the practice of perfusion.
(b) The commissioner shall prepare and maintain a written plan that describes how a person who does not speak English or who has a physical, mental, or developmental disability may be provided reasonable access to the department's programs.
