Sec. 603.4515. CIVIL PENALTY

(a) A person who violates this chapter, a rule adopted by the executive commissioner, or an order adopted by the commissioner under this chapter is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000 a day.
(b) At the request of the department, the attorney general shall bring an action to recover a civil penalty authorized under this section.
