Sec. 604.051. CERTIFICATION AND PERMITTING PROGRAM

(a) The department's bureau of licensing and compliance shall administer the certification and permitting program under this chapter.
(b) The department shall maintain a list of each person who holds a certificate or temporary permit under this chapter.
