Sec. 604.054. APPROVAL OF EDUCATION PROGRAMS

In determining whether to approve a respiratory care education program, the department shall consider relevant information about the quality of the program, including accreditation of the program by a professional medical association, such as the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs.
