Sec. 604.153. ISSUANCE OF RENEWAL CERTIFICATE

(a) The department shall issue to the certificate holder a certificate for the renewal period on receipt of the completed renewal notice and payment of the renewal fee.
(b) The renewal is valid for the period stated on the renewal certificate.
