Sec. 604.202. EMERGENCY SUSPENSION

(a) The department may suspend a certificate or temporary permit issued under this chapter on a determination that the health and safety of a person is threatened and may make the suspension effective immediately.
(b) A person whose certificate or temporary permit is suspended under this section is entitled to a hearing before the department not later than the 10th day after the effective date of the emergency suspension.
