Sec. 604.204. EFFECT OF DENIAL OF APPLICATION OR REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OR TEMPORARY PERMIT

A person whose application for a certificate or temporary permit is denied or whose certificate or permit is revoked is ineligible for a certificate or permit under this chapter until the first anniversary of the date of the denial or revocation.
