Sec. 651.266. CONTINUING EDUCATION

The commission by rule may require continuing education as a condition for license renewal except for a license holder described by Section 651.155 or an applicant for renewal described by Section 651.265. If the commission requires continuing education, the commission shall require completion of a minimum number of hours of ethics training as a required part of that education.
