Sec. 701.152. GENERAL RULEMAKING AUTHORITY

(a) The dietitians board may adopt rules consistent with this chapter.
(b) In adopting rules, the dietitians board shall consider the rules and procedures of the Texas Board of Health and the department and shall adopt procedural rules not inconsistent with similar rules and procedures of those entities.
