Sec. 701.1535. RULES ON CONSEQUENCES OF CRIMINAL CONVICTION

(a) The dietitians board shall adopt rules necessary to comply with Chapter 53.
(b) In its rules under this section, the dietitians board shall list the specific offenses for which a conviction would constitute grounds for the board to take action under Section 53.021.
