Sec. 701.353. PROHIBITED USE OF SEAL

Latest version.

(a) A person may not use a seal authorized by the dietitians board unless the person holds a license issued under this chapter.
(b) A person may not affix a seal to a document if the license of the license holder named on the seal is expired, suspended, or revoked.
