Sec. 701.401. GROUNDS FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION

The dietitians board shall refuse to renew a license, revoke or suspend a license, place on probation a person whose license has been suspended, or reprimand a license holder for a violation of this chapter or a rule or code of ethics adopted by the board.
