Sec. 701.453. INJUNCTION

(a) The dietitians board may apply to a district court in any county for an injunction to restrain a violation of Section 701.251 by a person.
(b) At the request of the board, the attorney general shall initiate and conduct an action in a district court in the state's name to obtain an injunction under this section.
