Sec. 1051.104. TERMS; VACANCY

(a) Board members serve staggered six-year terms. The terms of three members expire on January 31 of each odd-numbered year.
(b) If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the governor shall appoint a replacement to fill the unexpired term.
