Sec. 1051.652. FEE INCREASE

(a) The fee for the issuance of a certificate to an applicant possessing a license or certificate to practice architecture in another state and the fee for the renewal of a certificate under this chapter are increased by $200.
(b) Of each fee increase collected, $50 shall be deposited in the foundation school fund and $150 shall be deposited in the general revenue fund.
