Sec. 1052.0541. FEE INCREASE

(a) The fee for the issuance of a certificate of registration under this chapter and the fee for the renewal of a certificate of registration under this chapter is increased by $200.
(b) Of each fee increase collected, $50 shall be deposited in the foundation school fund and $150 shall be deposited in the general revenue fund.
