Sec. 1071.102. PERSONNEL

(a) The board shall employ or retain persons as necessary to properly perform the board's work under this chapter, including investigative services.
(b) The board may accept services necessary to perform the board's work under this chapter that are provided by private sources at no cost to the board.
(c) Compensation paid by the board under this chapter may not exceed compensation paid for similar work in other state agencies.
