Sec. 1071.455. HEARING ON RECOMMENDATIONS

(a) If the person requests a hearing or fails to respond in a timely manner to the notice under Section 1071.453, the board shall set a hearing and give notice of the hearing to the person.
(b) A proceeding under this section is subject to Chapter 2001, Government Code.
