Sec. 1071.501. INJUNCTION

(a) In addition to any other action authorized by law, the board may institute an action in the board's name against any person to enjoin a violation of this chapter or a board rule.
(b) An action under this section must be brought in a district court in Travis County. The attorney general shall act as legal advisor to the board and provide necessary legal assistance.
