Sec. 1071.555. APPLICABILITY OF OTHER LAW

(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), an examination advisory committee is subject to Chapter 2110, Government Code.
(b) Section 2110.002(b), Government Code, does not apply to the appointment of examination advisory committee members.
