Sec. 1102.106. MORAL CHARACTER DETERMINATION

As prescribed by Section 1101.353, the commission shall determine, on request, whether a person's moral character complies with the commission's moral character requirements for licensing under this chapter and may conduct a supplemental moral character determination of the person.
