Sec. 1102.155. REEXAMINATION

Latest version.

(a) An applicant who fails the examination may apply for reexamination by filing a request with the commission and paying another examination fee.
(b) An applicant who fails the examination three consecutive times in connection with the same application may not apply for reexamination or submit a new license application before six months after the date of the third failed examination.
