Sec. 1103.006. APPLICATION OF SUNSET ACT

If the federal government removes the requirements for the preparation or use of an appraisal by federally regulated financial institutions, the board is subject to Chapter 325, Government Code (Texas Sunset Act), and is subject to sunset review in the next regular session of the legislature following the date of the federal government's action. Unless continued in existence by that legislature as provided by that chapter, the board is abolished and this chapter expires on the 90th day after the last day of the regular session of that legislature.
