Sec. 1103.056. OFFICERS; EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

(a) At a regular meeting in February of each year, the board shall elect from its members a presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary.
(b) The officers elected under Subsection (a) constitute the executive committee.
