Sec. 1103.210. DENIAL OF CERTIFICATE OR LICENSE

(a) The board shall immediately provide written notice to the applicant of the board's denial of a certificate or license under this chapter.
(b) An appeal of the denial of a certificate or license is governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code.
